On clean, bare lashes, start by placing brush at the root of the lash and gently wiggle the brush side-to-side while swiping upwards toward the tips of lashes. Repeat throughout all lashes, including bottom lashes.

Be sure to get the inner and outer corner lashes. It may be helpful to use the tip of the brush to reach these lashes.
